Wired

As a parent of six kids, one thing that I have observed is that all kids' brains are wired to discover the bandwidth of their limits. They do this differently at each stage of their developmental process and while it can be frustrating and tiresome for parents, it should never be taken personally. In fact, my wish is by the time you finish reading this, you will view their behavior as a beautiful dance. I also wish for negative behavioral terms such as "the terrible twos" to become obsolete. There is no such thing as a terrible two-year-old; they are simply doing what they are wired to do.
